I Hate to Exercise. What Do I Do?

You are not the only one who hates exercise. There are millions of people who prefer extraction of molar than spending 30 minutes on treadmill. Physical activity seems like a nightmare to them.

You may enjoy swimming or cycling. Different people like different things and you need to find what you enjoy and do it. It will be easy to do something you enjoy. The idea is to get moving.

However, if you simply don’t want to move and hate every physical activity, then no one can help you. But, if you are reading this you want to help yourself, which is a great start. Now you just need to figure out the activity you can also enjoy.

Engaging in your preferred cardio activity coupled with adequate diet will definitely result in weight loss. But you need to train and maintain a calorie deficit.
